The modern furnished holiday apartment on the south side of the island of Čiovo offers space for up to four people on 45 m² and is located just 50 metres from the pebble beach. Enjoy the magnificent sea view from the covered terrace (6 m²) with table, chairs and parasol - ideal for relaxed hours outdoors. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by plenty of greenery, with shops, restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity. Trogir is only 2 km away, and Split can be reached in around 30 km.



The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), insect screen, and complete blackout. The living area combines kitchen, dining and living room: equipped with electric hob (2 plates), microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, kettle, cooking and eating utensils, sofa bed (160 x 190 cm), 3-seater sofa, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror.



The equipment includes Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, bed linen, towels and a shared washing machine at the landlord's. A private parking space is available at the property. The accommodation is partially barrier-free, pets are not allowed and smoking is permitted.



In the surrounding area, you can expect diverse leisure activities: water sports, swimming, pedal boating, jet skiing, banana boat rides, children's leisure park, boat trips, and diving. All ancillary costs such as electricity, water, internet, final cleaning, intermediate cleaning, and tourist tax are included in the price.
