On 40 m², a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and optional baby bed awaits you, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and auxiliary bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, espresso machine and all necessary cooking utensils. Air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi ensure pleasant comfort, while the bathroom with bathtub and washing machine offers additional comfort. From the covered terrace with dining table and chairs, you can enjoy a partial sea view and relax in the sun or evening hours.



The holiday apartment is located just 150 metres from a fine-gravelled beach and is thus ideal for beach days and water sports activities. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and various shopping opportunities. The surroundings invite you to take walks, cycle tours or day trips to nature parks and cultural attractions.



The property includes a well-maintained garden, a sun terrace, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a traditional barbecue hut that can be used by arrangement. Parking spaces are available at the property (public and chargeable). Included in the price are air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, pool use, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and other basic equipment. Additional services can be offered for a fee.
