On 80 m², you will find two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living room with a sofa bed and additional auxiliary bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and espresso machine. Air conditioning, heating and two bathrooms - one of which has a bathtub - ensure high living comfort.



From the private balcony, you can enjoy a partial sea view, while the covered terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax and linger in the sun.



The accommodation is located only about 150 metres from the nearest fine gravel beach and is ideal for relaxed days by the sea. Shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity. In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, diving, cycling or hiking. Family-friendly leisure parks, sports fields and nature experiences are also easily accessible.



The holiday complex includes a garden, a sun terrace, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a traditional barbecue area that can be used by arrangement. Parking spaces are available at the property (public and chargeable). The price includes the use of the pool, air conditioning, bedding, towels, electricity, water, heating, internet, and a baby cot. Additional services can be partially used for a fee.
