The residence is popular due to the view from the property of the forests and its quiet, sunny location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. The following are available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, fire pit and courtyard.

Umag, district Umag. The holiday home is located on a open plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted, length 6 m). Parking is available on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a smoke detector.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late October, 4 m x 7 m, 1.4 m deep).

Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living room with electric stove (induction stove, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
