Villa 'Olmo Tree' is located in Puerto de Santa María and is ideal for a memorable holiday with your loved ones. This three-story property offers a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer.



The private outdoor area features a swimming pool, garden, open terrace, 2 covered terraces, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The villa is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and El Buzo club, 5 minutes from the golf course, and a 15-minute walk from a shopping center.



Parking is available on the property, with one garage space and free street parking. Pets are allowed on request and available for an extra fee. Parties and groups of young people are not permitted. Vistahermosa is a family-oriented and traditional community with rules to respect: music is not allowed from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and at night until 11:30 pm. Failure to comply may result in penalties.



The property offers parking for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as 24-hour security. Water is supplied by solar energy. Please note that government regulations on water use may apply during your stay, which could affect the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage. Children and infants are not accepted.
