Your pets are also welcome. The approximately 127 m² maisonette apartment "Das Garmisch" offers you enough space for up to 6 adults and 2 children on the 1st and 2nd floor. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome.
In the lower part of the apartment there are two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (also suitable for adults) and an additional sofa bed for up to 2 children. Two modern bathrooms and a covered balcony complete the space on offer. The fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and a JURA fully automatic coffee machine with cold brew) and the cozy living and dining area are located in the open loft. Enjoy unlimited internet pleasure, a 77-inch Panasonic OLED TV including Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+ and musical entertainment via a Sonos sound system throughout the apartment. There is also a small work area with a desk and printer on the top floor.
The magnificent panoramic view of the mountains will not only spoil you in the cozy living area, but also from the adjoining south-west-facing roof terrace with whirlpool, which invites you to relax all year round.
There is a washing machine in the basement, and a baby crib and high chair are also available.
You can park your car in the underground garage. There is a lockable storage room for bicycles and skis.
The excellent location in the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities in every season: long walks, hikes and mountain bike tours in the warm season and unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. There is a cross-country ski trail nearby and the "Garmisch Classic" and "Zugspitze" ski areas offer a variety of slopes and unique impressions.
The pedestrian zone of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is only a 5-minute walk away and offers various shopping facilities, the tourist information office, the spa gardens, the casino, theater and much more. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary vacation enjoyment. The Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station is also just a few minutes' walk away.
