Situated in Santa Pola, the holiday home "Holiday Beach Varadero" is just a short walk from the beach. The 3-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine.

Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace, a covered terrace and a balcony. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes 3 pools (2 medium sized pools that are open all year round, and a large pool open from 15th June to 15th September), as well as basketball and football courts.

There is a parking space in a garage, additional free parking is available on the street.

Parties, smoking and pets are not allowed.
