The holiday apartment 'Silva Timeout' in San Giovanni (St. Johann) is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with mountain views. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, satellite and cable TV, a dryer, a baby cot, and a high chair.

A shared wellness area with Finnish sauna and infrared cabin is available. The highlight is the private outdoor area with a covered terrace. Parking is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. The accommodation also offers a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles as well as a ski depot.



Cats are not allowed out of consideration for allergies. Only one dog per accommodation is permitted, and a deposit must be paid upon arrival.
