The "Anni" holiday flat is situated in a sunny, quiet location in Leutasch, nestled in a garden with a resting place on the terrace. The 60 m² accommodation is furnished in a simple country style, has a cosy living room with dining area and wood-burning stove, kitchenette, shower/WC, an anteroom with large wardrobe and a bedroom (1 double bed & 1 single bed) and thus offers space for 2-3 people. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV.



The flat has a shared covered terrace (accessible via the garden) where you can relax.

The accommodation offers an excellent location directly on a cross-country skiing trail. In addition, the area is an ideal starting point for many hikes and cycling tours.A grocery shop & farm shop with regional specialities is just a short walk away. The nearest bus stop is a 5-7 minute walk away. Seefeld can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
