The 125 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for remote work, 3 smart TVs with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a selection of children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.



The villa offers a stylish private outdoor area with a pool, a covered terrace, a balcony, and an outdoor shower. The pool is equipped with an alarm for safety. There is also a shared open terrace for guests to enjoy. An environmental tax and a climate tax apply during both high and low seasons.
