Quiet location in an idyllic area, ideal for families and seniors, 10 minutes by car from the beaches, 8 golf courses nearby, self-catering, (open kitchen / living room -60sqm, sat. Living space: 140sqm), solar power house, large rooms, baby bed, very good transport links, we are responsible for caretaker activities and maintain the garden and pool and are always accessible: good tips for trips, beaches, restaurants ect. Spain is generally very noisy and sometimes late into the night in the tourist areas. Here (in the country) it is rather quiet, relaxed and safe (even if you forget to lock the house :-)
Strategically, the property (approx. 800sqm) is very cheap, i. H. one is quickly at the different beaches and in the cities (Cadiz, Jerez, Vejer, Sevilla, Gibraltar or Marbella / Malaga). We have lived here with our family for 14 years and feel very comfortable. The wifi connection works well and of course there is also German TV with a lot of channels. The pool is for sole use.
