In 2021 a house will be built approx. 50 m behind the holiday home.

The long, shallow beach is about 70 metres away, with sports equipment rental such as surfboards and kiteboards, stand-up paddles, canoes, electric motorboats, motorboats, etc.
Other beaches in the bay of Piona approx. 4 km away.
