The apartment is located in the Reserva del Higueron, which is a sought after area located between Fuengirola and Benalmadena Pueblo; just 20 minutes from Malaga Airport. The complex is well maintained and neat.

It is modern furnished and is on the 1st floor, has a lift and private parking.

It has a large private outdoor area / terrace and a large conservatory where you can pull the glass aside.

There are pool and garden views.

There are 2 communal pools in enclosed tropical garden.



The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have single beds which of course can be put together into double beds. One bathroom has a tub and the other has a shower. Living room with sofa bed and open fully equipped kitchen.

Large conservatory with glass that can be taken aside and large private terrace with BBQ.

The whole apartment is beautifully decorated in Scandinavian style.

Both bedrooms and living room have Aircon cold and warm.

Free wifi and tv channels in almost all languages.

One of the guests must be over 25 years old as we do not allow loud music and parties as the property is in a residential area.

There is a security deposit to be paid cash on site, which will be given back to you on departure provided everything is OK.
