Elegant villa with sea views in Alcúdias Bonaire area. Villa Marina is a modern holiday home with pool and in walking distance the Bonaire marina and various restaurants.

Villa Marina is at the Alcúdia bay in an area called Malpas-Bonaire. Bonaire is a quiet, upmarket suburb with mostly villas and offers a small marina, two sandy beaches and various restaurants and chill-out lounges. Both Port Alcúdia and the town of Alcúdia are only a short drive away.

Alcúdia has a very nice historic old town with pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The marina Puerto Alcúdia has a nice seafront promenade with shops and restaurants from fine dining to family friendly and offers a wide selection of water sports activities. The seaside resort along the beach has nightlife, restaurants and leisure activities for all tastes and age groups. The bay is famous for its fine sandy beach and the shallow waters. Wind- and kite surfers will find excellent conditions!

The old town of Pollença is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

Villa Marina is a stylish, modern villa located in the upmarket area of Bonaire. Recently renovated to very high standards, the house is now tastefully furnished and fully air-conditioned.

On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with adjoining dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two twin bedrooms (beds can be joined on request of the guests) and a family bathroom with bathtub as well as a small laundry room. On the first floor are two more bedrooms, both with bathrooms en-suite. The ample master bedroom has access to two terraces: one overlooking the pool and one with views to the sea in the distance. The other bedroom has twin beds (that once again can be joined on request) and also access to the pool facing terrace.

The property is air-conditioned. Operating hours are: 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 am.

Villa Marina offers several terraces and balconies and a large private pool. The covered terrace is fitted with a dining table and can be accessed both from the kitchen and the living area. There are comfortable sun loungers as well as a pretty chill-out area.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.

Minimum stay is 4 days, extra days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
