"La Dimora sul Mare" is located on Bari's seafront, 2 km from the center and the old town.



The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a 55-inch smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, dishwasher, crib, and high chair.

Private parking can be provided upon request (for a fee and subject to availability) and public street parking can be provided for a fee.

Pets are not allowed.

Two elevators are available in the building.

The facility has an agreement with a gym and osteopathy center in the same building that offers, for a fee and by appointment, personal training, osteopathic treatments and relaxing, decontracting and shiatsu massages directly on the terrace or in the gym.
