The holiday apartment "Maré Cheia SL015" is located in Santa Luzia and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 75 m² property consists of a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, espresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, and electric kettle. It features a large master bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a smaller bedroom with a double bed, a single bunk bed, and wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The air conditioning is located in the corridor area (not in the bedrooms), allowing you to cool the entire apartment. The interior is accessible, without steps, with wide doors and easy access.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV, DVD player, game console, as well as books and toys for children. A cot, high chair, and stroller are available upon prior request (14 days in advance).



Outside, you will find a private area with a covered terrace and barbecue, with access to the shared areas limited by a gate. The condominium’s common areas include a large heated pool, leisure area with chairs, garden, outdoor shower, and a small heated indoor pool for the colder months.



Pets are not allowed. There is a reserved parking space in the condominium garage, as well as additional free street parking. The building has a lift from the garage to the apartment.



You will benefit from a privileged location, close to the boat to Terra Estreita beach (5 minutes on foot), as well as cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets (2 minutes on foot). Cosy and very practical apartment.
