Our "mountain nest" is a special place: Your place of strength in the mountains. Enjoy your well-deserved time-out, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and take a deep breath. Modern, with a traditional alpine atmosphere - this is the best way to describe the newly renovated apartment. Up to four people will find plenty of vacation space on around 60 square meters. As soon as you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and friendly atmosphere. You can tell that interior design professionals were at work here at every turn: perfectly coordinated color nuances convey a pleasant living feeling and contribute to the feel-good atmosphere.

The living and dining area of our apartment has a spacious dining table with chairs and a comfortable bench. Here you can spend cozy evenings. Directly adjacent is the open kitchen - amateur chefs will get their money's worth here! A large work surface and all the necessary appliances await you. Naturally, the new kitchen is equipped with everything you wouldn't want to miss in your cooking area at home: from a kettle to a knife block, you are well provided for.
There is a small, cozy sofa in the front part of the living area. If you need a break from hiking or simply want to spend a few cozy hours at home, you will of course also find a TV here.
The mountains close enough to touch - this feeling probably comes automatically when you step onto the balcony. A wonderful all-round view awaits you here. Of course, the balcony is equipped with furniture so that you can start your day with a breakfast in the fresh air on wonderful summer days. Of course, sunny winter days also invite you to fill up on fresh air here!
With two bedrooms, this apartment is perfect for families. The master bedroom has a comfortable box-spring bed and a large closet. There is also direct access to the balcony here.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. An additional TV set provides another cozy retreat here.
The layout of the bathroom has also been well thought out: the toilet is separate from the shower area with a washbasin. This invites you to enjoy some real wellness moments: The walk-in rain shower ensures relaxation and well-being.

An underground parking space is reserved for your car. Access to the underground parking garage is via Hubertusweg 16 b, the way to the house is then a footpath through the garden.
