We like to rent our apartment to nice guests who want to experience the city of Vienna or maybe work here at short time. Also for congress participants in the VIC - Vienna International Center the apartment is very easy to reach.
PARKING WITHOUT PARKING FEE IS POSSIBLE IN THIS DISTRICT IN ALL STREETS AROUND THE HOUSE !!!

Ideal for 2 to 6 people. 2 double beds and 4 single beds.
The apartment is a nice 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 separate bedrooms and a cozy living room.
One bedroom with a large double bed and a single bed,
second bedroom with 2 large single beds (also available)
and the living room with a single bed.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential building. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom with bath / shower.
Bathroom and toilet are separated.
From the large bedroom you have a view into a totally quiet, green courtyard.
Internet access, wireless LAN, is available for free.
Of course there is a lift in the house.

Supermarket, bakery, restaurants or coffee houses can be found in the immediate vicinity.

SPECIAL PLUS: If you come to Vienna by car: In this district you can park your car in all streets around the house for free.
The connection to the city center and to all tourist attractions of the city is excellent.
A tram line 26 stop is right in front of the house,
The underground line U6 and U1 or the suburban train will take you directly to the city center.

A perfect recreational area is nearby.
My apartment is located in a nice district with many green areas, near the Danube and near the popular recreational and recreational area "Danube Island".
