Do you like nature, peace and independence? Then this holiday home with sauna and fireplace in Scandinavian style is right for you. In the small, car-free and family-friendly holiday village in an idyllic location, directly on Lake Userin, you can quickly forget everyday life and stress. You live on the edge of the Müritz National Park, where you can go endless hiking, cycling or paddling (canoe rental nearby). You reach the lake after about 130m, a lonely bathing jetty is part of the holiday village. A child-friendly swimming area with a sandy beach, swings and water slide is also only about 200m away. The cozy house offers three bedrooms for up to six people to retreat to on two floors and was renovated in 2022. A well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, the furnished terrace, shower room with toilet and sauna, television and WiFi ensure a pleasant stay. The open kitchen, dining table and living room with fireplace invite you to spend evenings together with food, games or stories. A partially covered terrace with a grill adjoins the living room. If you have any questions on site, our friendly manager will be happy to provide you with advice and support. Dogs are not allowed in the complex. The holiday village also has a playground, as well as a nearby beach volleyball and basketball court, including a table tennis table. In the village of Userin there is a small grocery store for daily needs. Places worth seeing such as Waren, Röbel or Rheinsberg are beautiful destinations in the area. Neustrelitz is only 7km away and is worth a visit as an old residential town. Here you will also find various restaurants, cinemas and other cultural options. There is a zoo and an open-air museum (Slavic village), both of which are particularly suitable for children. Activities nearby: Boat and canoe rentals at Useriner See, a pier is in the immediate vicinity of the holiday village. Boats and bicycles are available at reception. The Müritz National Park begins directly at the holiday park and you can endlessly explore the untouched nature on foot, by bike or by canoe.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Bring towels. Youth groups are not allowed. Motor boats are not allowed on the Useriner See.
