Apartment

Located in Eriskirch, the holiday apartment "Helms" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed (200 cm x 140 cm), a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher (cups and plates for toddlers are also provided), 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, a TV as well as children's books and toys (upon request). A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request and for a fee.

The apartment also has an outdoor seating area in a secluded area where you can relax in the evening. This is adjacent to the hosts' apartment.

The accommodation is located in the idyllic 3-country region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) directly on Lake Constance. There are also many tourist attractions and several shopping facilities nearby.

On foot it is about 2.5 km (about 30 min) from us to the beach / outdoor pool Eriskirch (with heated pool) and lake access, in the middle of the nature reserve (by car about 7 min).

Directly from us to the footpath along the Schussen river, it is about 450 m through the settlement. From there you can walk through orchards and nature reserve, except for a few exceptions without car traffic to the Eriskircher Ried. The Eriskircher Ried is the largest and most valuable nature reserve on the German upper lake shore.

It stretches along the shore of Lake Constance from the outskirts of Friedrichshafen to the mouth of the Schussen near Langenargen.

There is a parking space on the property, additional free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior.
