The holiday home 'Casa da Cidade de Loulé' stands out for its central location in Loulé and its spacious, bright layout. Spread over three floors, the property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to seven guests. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace on the top floor, two TVs, ceiling and standing fans, and some furniture for a small child are included. Two solar panels provide hot water.



You have a private outdoor area with an open terrace and balconies with clotheslines. Loulé-Quarteira train station is 4 km away. The city offers charging stations for electric vehicles. Recycling rules apply at the property; more information is available on site. Free parking is available in the residential area.



Late check-in after 8:00 pm is available for an extra fee. Groups of guests under 25 are not allowed. One pet is permitted for an extra fee but must stay on the ground floor. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and noise is prohibited by law after 10:00 pm. The ground floor living room has two large sofas that cannot be used as beds or for sleeping.



Airport or train station transfers are available on request and for an extra fee. Babysitting service is also available on request and for an extra fee. Air conditioning is not available. Due to steep stairs, the property is not suitable for small children.
