The 20 m² property consists of one big room with a well-equipped kitchen a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.

The apartment is close to La Atalaya Beach, Fuente del Gallo Beach and Calas de Roche.

There is private closed parking upon request (for an extra fee), and free parking is available on the street.

Pets, parties, noise, loud music, etc., are not allowed.

The apartment can only be accessed via stairs.
