Charming attic apartment for two active non-smokers with a generous view of the lake and vineyards in a quiet, yet central location. The 30 m² maisonette offers a spacious living-dining area with sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, as well as a separate bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom. In high summer, quiet fans in every room provide pleasant refreshment. Additionally, the bedroom can be manually cooled before bedtime with a mobile air conditioner if needed. The apartment includes access to a shared garden, where you can relax in the pavilion and enjoy the greenery, peace, and fresh air.



Within just seven minutes on foot, you reach the charming old town with its beautiful half-timbered houses, cozy restaurants, and public transport. The lakeside promenade, harbor, leisure facilities with mini golf, pedal boat rental, outdoor pool and thermal bath, the ferry, and all shopping options are also within easy walking distance. Walking paths directly behind the house invite you to relaxing excursions with wonderful views of the lake and Alps. Parking is available directly at the house, and bicycles can be stored in a locked bike cellar.
