The holiday apartment 'Podere Nuti - 4 Lauro' in Cecina is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with your loved ones. This 45 m² first-floor property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a TV. A baby cot is also available.



You will have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from 10 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm), garden, barbecue and playground.



The holiday home is conveniently located near several major Tuscan cities: 60 minutes from Florence, 60 minutes from Siena, 40 minutes from Volterra and 45 minutes from Pisa International Airport.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee.



Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on site, monitoring only the external common areas such as the garden and the street, not the apartment. Recordings are deleted after 24 hours.
