The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The home features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, and a TV. Children are allowed and a baby cot and a high chair, as well as toys and books, are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue.

Due to the maintenance required for the garden, a person in charge will come every two days to water the plants and maintain them. Parties are not allowed. The home has wide doors. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce.
