Traveling the road between Tuscany and Umbria, you’ll reach Pierle, a medieval village nestled among hills between Cortona and Lake Trasimeno, with its castle overlooking the lush valley. Here, surrounded by olive groves and chestnut and oak woods, lies the agriturismo.



Accommodation: one bedroom with a double bed, single bed and crib, or two single beds. The Il Colombaio apartment is on a raised floor with direct access from the garden. At the entrance, you’ll find a built-in kitchen leading to a spacious living room with sofa, TV, stereo, and a large dining table. The sleeping area features a cool, airy bedroom ideal for relaxing even on the hottest summer days. The en-suite bathroom has a shower.



Heating is available for an extra charge.



Perfect for couples with children, the apartment preserves the Tuscan style of rural stone houses, with exposed chestnut beams and 19th-century stone fireplaces.



The large garden offers tables, chairs, a barbecue, and a wood-fired oven for picnics, barbecues, pizza nights, tastings of local products, and outdoor aperitifs. The garden opens like a terrace with spectacular views of the green valley and the Umbrian mountains.



The pool, for guests only (12x6 meters, max depth 140 cm), is perfect for relaxing. By the pool, you’ll find loungers, tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Children can play safely in the play area.



If you enjoy trekking or simply walking outdoors, you’ll find many trails surrounded by chestnut woods near Agriturismo Cuiano.
