- 'LA PACE' and 'VILLA IOLANDA' are two separate houses with a separate garden, which are located below Cremia, whose district Marnino - in the nature reserve - ideal for switching off. The stone cottages are on the lake shore preferred by George Clooney, on a green country terrace 200m above the lake with beautiful panoramic views. Extensive hiking trails are right outside the front door, such as the 'Via Monte Lariani', an old hiking trail that starts in Como and ends in Sorico with a constant view of the lake.


'LA PACE' and 'VILLA IOLANDA' can be reached on foot from the public car park, which is about 5 minutes away. It is about 10 minutes on foot and about 2 minutes by car to Lake Como.
Without using the car, within a 5-minute walk there is a soccer field, a children's playground, a bar and a supermarket open until 7 p.m.
La Pace and Villa Iolanda are in an ideal place for walks and excursions, without cars and surrounded by nature. All the countries of northern Lake Como are connected by a lakeside walk.

- TRIPS:
La Pace and Villa Iolanda are open all year round. From the house you can take many smaller and larger hikes. All year round there is the possibility to drive up to approx. 1000m high by car and from there to enjoy wonderful views of hikes. These destinations can also be reached by mountain bike from many places.
The Rifugio 'La Canua' (1500m high) can be reached in 20 minutes by car. and an hour's walk. There you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.
Even in winter you can be in a large sunny ski area (3000m high) in 1 hour, often with a lot of snow. Maps and overviews are available in the house.
