The house is in a very quiet residential urbanization where families live and work doing their daily life. The house has an area of 103 m2. a terrace of 45 m2 and an inner courtyard of 13m2. The property consists on the first floor: living room, kitchen, toilet, patio and a large garden terrace with plants, table and chairs for outdoor dining or an aperitif.

If you like walking or cycling, you can go to the beach by the promenade that is next to the ravine, you will reach the Maspalomas pond (where you can observe different migratory birds) and the beach of the Faro de Maspalomas.

The property is perfect for cyclists, with space to store bikes and a access ramp.

The urbanization has 2 entrances, one with a staircase and the other with a ramp.
