Welcome to the tastefully furnished studio apartment “UferNest,” located on the first floor of the well-maintained and idyllically situated Strandresidenz Wassersleben residential and vacation complex on the beach. With approximately 45 square meters of space, it can accommodate up to four people. The spacious and bright living/dining room with integrated kitchen creates a pleasant atmosphere.

The adjoining bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be pushed together if required. A high-quality pull-out sofa in the living room is also available as a comfortable guest bed. The modern shower room completes the offer.

The windows, which can be darkened at night, offer a fantastic view of the Flensburg Fjord and the surrounding coast. The booking price includes the use of a designated parking space. Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor, where a washing machine and dryer can be used. A storage room for bicycles is also available.

Dogs are welcome on request and for an additional fee. The beach is just a few steps away on the opposite side of the street. Enjoy your stay at the “UferNest” – a stylish and comfortable home for relaxing days on the Flensburg Fjord.

On July 3, 2025, businessman David Ott opened an innovative smart store on the beach promenade in Wassersleben (Wassersleben 14, 24955 Harrislee). Just a stone's throw from the Danish border, the autonomous store offers customers the opportunity to do their shopping 360 days a year. Covering around 150 square meters, the store offers a wide selection of everyday local goods.
