The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, two strong air conditioning systems, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, 2 open terraces, a grill and an outdoor shower.

The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes 2 covered terraces.

The beach is just 200 m away. There are also several restaurants as well as a supermarket within a 300-metre radius. It is highly recommended to rent fishing boats and take trips to see the Ebro Delta.

2 parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are allowed; however, they are not to be permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Parties are not permitted. Loud noises after 11 pm are not allowed.

Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided.
