The property, spread over 2 floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen on each floor, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, washing machine, and TV. A cot is also available. The villa has an outdoor area usable from March to mid-November; outside this period, you must ask the owner about availability. There are 3 parking spaces available on the property. The house consists of two apartments with independent entrances.
