The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite with magnificent marble bathrooms. The dining room and living area open to a spacious terrace surrounded by meticulously-designed gardens. The huge fully-equipped kitchen opens its doors to another large terrace with a dining

area complete with a barbecue and wood oven, all overlooking the pool, beautiful gardens and orchard.

Central heating. Satellite TV. High-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the property (including pool and gardens). Energy efficient and sustainable (solar panels).

Wake up with the birds, savour the taste of freshly-squeezed orange juice, and inhale the scent of the flowers. Then…then follow your wishes: go for a walk, a bike ride, go horseback riding or go kart racing, play golf, or simply take a trip to the beach. Perhaps sail a Catamaran and meet the Sado dolphins. Not tempted? No problem; stay at home lounging by the garden or pool, and linger in the sun. Enjoy the immeasurable luxury of the simple things in life, in the languid pleasure of “dolce fare niente” or just doing whatever you feel like.
