The spacious terrace with sun loungers and partial sea view opens onto the private garden with a pool, ideal for relaxing or spending time together in the sun. Air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, WiFi and underfloor heating in the bathrooms complete the comfortable living experience. Pets can be brought for an additional charge, a baby cot is available upon request. The villa has its own garage for secure parking.



Just a few minutes' walk away is the centre of Selca, with restaurants, cafés and supermarkets, while the crystal-clear sea can be found approximately 2 km away.
