Very central, yet fantastically quiet: 8 min to the airport / 20 min to exhibition center / expo / fair.

Everything important is within walking distance (shopping mall, cinema, restaurant, doctors) or via local transport (airport, expo / fair, hanover city, main station).

The loft is modern equipped and is located in the heart of Hannover-Langenhagen. Almost floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light in the openly designed apartment.
Unique in this location is the view of a beautiful green open space as well as an old courtyard from the west terrace, where the pool is also located.

Everything important is within walking distance (shopping mall, cinema, restaurant) or via local transport (airport, expo / fair, hanover city, main station).
By taxi / cab it takes about 8 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to the exhibition center / Expo / fair.

The loft is spacious with about 775Ft² (72m²) living area and has two roof terraces with 194Ft² (18m²) each. The open kitchen is connected with the living area. The pool invites you to relax all year round.


*** Jacuzzi & Terrace ***
Enjoy, even in rainy weather, the beautiful, partly covered west terrace with pool. The water temperature of the pool is 97°F / 36°C. The whirlpool invites you to relax especially in winter, but is of course also fun in summer.
You have, despite the central location, a beautiful view and can watch sunsets from the cozy lounge area.

*** Bedroom ***
The queensize bed in the main bedroom is 63 x 79 inches (160x200cm) and thus offers enough space even for larger people.
The second bedroom has a Twin Extra Long 35x79 inches (90x200cm) bed for one person and the room can alternatively be used as an office.
Both bedrooms can be completely darkened.
Two more people can use the large fold-out sofa bed in the living room.


*** Living room ***
The living room offers an inviting, cozy sofa corner with a sleep function. Gaze at the fireplace or enjoy a relaxing TV evening.
Thanks to cleverly installed lighting, you can flexibly adjust the lighting mood to your liking.


*** Kitchen ***
Cook together at the large cooking island while enjoying a delicious wine. So cooking becomes an experience! The kitchen is fully equipped. A gas grill is available on the terrace.


*** Barrier-free ***
The apartment is almost barrier-free. You can reach the loft by elevator (80cm wide elevator door). There are no steps up to the apartment. The apartment door is 93cm wide.
However, there are two things to note:
The shower is not at ground level but raised about 5 inches (14cm). The roof terraces and also the pool must be accessed via two steps.
