Particularly remarkable and spectacular is the upper floor with a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom with a 1.50 x 2.00 m bed, from which you can see the sea. There is also a bathroom with shower en suite. Impressive is the terrace with unbeatable views of the Atlantic and the beach. Equipped with 2 sun loungers and an outdoor seating area, it invites to many hours of relaxation and rest. The luxury is undoubtedly determined by the location of the house, as well as its comfort and equipment. A place that also offers the possibility of enjoying the outdoors all year round, given the warm temperatures offered by the south of Tenerife.

It is also an ideal house for families with children, since in front of the house there is a small and quiet park and the access to the beach is through a safe path. Parking is no problem in front of the house in the village square.
