The house is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Mancor de la Vall. On the ground floor, it offers a spacious kitchen, a living/dining room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a second living room. From the terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the village and the mountains. The covered veranda is comfortably furnished and looks out onto the beautiful garden. The house and its facilities are of a remarkably high standard and have been lovingly decorated.



The cottage has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter time. (The use is charged according to consumption.)



Mancor de la Vall is a small community of around 1,100 inhabitants, eight and a half kilometres from Inca. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet will feel especially at home here. The house is a perfect base for hiking in the Tramuntana or cycling, and Alcudia Bay is 20 kilometres away.
