Apartamento Atalaya is a recently completely renovated ground floor flat in the Atalaya development.

It has a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and enough space for up to 4 people. The very well-equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by a counter.

From the living room you can access the spacious terrace with afternoon sun and really beautiful sea views. It is furnished with a table and chairs for 4 people and 2 sun loungers.

There are 2 bedrooms. One has a 160×200 cm double bed and the second has two 90×200 cm single beds that can be comfortably put together. Both bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes.

The modern shower room is located between the two bedrooms and is accessible via a corridor.

Our guests have a free internet connection via fibre optic technology at their disposal, which can be used to watch all the usual German TV channels as well as a few English and French channels in addition to Spanish TV.

The Atalaya is about a 10-minute walk from the old town of Conil and the beautiful sandy beach of Playa Fontanilla is just a few minutes' walk away.

Parking is conveniently available on the street. Only in high season can it take a while to find a parking space.

Apartamento Atalaya is a non-smoking flat. Smoking is of course permitted on the terrace.
