The 40 m² property includes a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Further amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating as well as a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The farmhouse boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden and a barbecue.

The property is located about 6 km from both sandy and rocky beaches. Furthermore, grocery stores are 5.5 km away and bikes can be rented in Talamone and in Alberese. Additionally, the farmhouse is situated 4 km from an equestrian centre and 8 km from taverns and restaurants.

A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed (please inform the homeowner about the type and size of the pet). Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls.

On request, cot and high chair are available free of charge.
