Located in Talamone "Clementina-Agriturismo La Valentina" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 28 sqm room is organised with a double bed, private bathroom, external veranda and small kitchenette. It can therefore accommodate up to 2 people. Additional services include wi-fi, heating, air conditioning as well as a fan.

Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and a barbecue, is also available for your use.

The property is located about 6 km from both sandy and rocky beaches. Furthermore, grocery stores are 5.5 km away and bikes can be rented in Talamone and in Alberese. Additionally, the farmhouse is situated 4 km from an equestrian centre and 8 km from taverns and restaurants.

A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. The doors are wide and easy to access.

On request, cot and high chair are available free of charge.
