The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a multi-family house. The living area is about 75 m², featuring a spacious living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, a 4 m² balcony facing the courtyard with a washing machine, and a 5.55 m² balcony overlooking the harbor. There is no rooftop terrace.



The living/dining room is large and modern, furnished with a sofa bed, satellite TV with German channels, and a stylish dining set. The bedroom has a 150 x 200 cm double bed and a large wardrobe with a built-in mirror. The bedroom window faces the courtyard, ensuring a quiet atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, bathtub, and toilet.



The apartment offers two outdoor areas: a balcony with table and chairs, adjacent to the living room and with a side view of the harbor, and a second balcony with a washing machine next to the kitchen, facing the courtyard.
