Modern apartment with sea views from the roof terrace near the beach Apartment Cati in Conil is a modern in design and has magnificent sea views from the private roof terrace. It is located on the banks of the small river Rio Salado near the beach. It has a spacious open plan lounge with dining area and is equipped with internet access, SAT TV (English news channels) and air conditioning (cold/warm). There is a fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave). There are three bedrooms (two doubles 160x200 cm and 140x190 cm and one twin). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a separate shower room for the convenience of the other two bedrooms. From the balcony, which is accessed from the living room and equipped with a nice dining table, you reach the private, furnished roof terrace with breathtaking views of the long, sandy white beaches stretching out to El Palmar. On clear days even the coastline of Africa is visible. The apartment is on the second floor and there is an elevator.
The location of Apartment Cati couldn´t be better: The street is quiet, but it is only a short walk to the endless sandy beach and the charming old town of Conil.
