The flat is located on the ground floor of this Mountain Resort, close to the centre of Kaprun. In The Resort includes a restaurant and complete Wellness. You park your car in the garage and you can also leave it there. The bus stop is in front of the door and skiing and going out in the cosy centre are within walking distance. From the village, the modern ski lift goes directly to the glacier area !
For more ski fun, this region is also connected to the Saalbach, Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn ski areas. That means 408 piste kilometres with just 1 ski pass.
