Villa Degli Ulivi is located in Collesano and overlooks the sea. This 130 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one is a loft), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, washing machine, and cable TV.



The outdoor area is a highlight: from May 15, a private 14 x 5 meter pool is available. The villa is set among olive and citrus groves spanning about 3 hectares, with centuries-old trees surrounding the house, perfect for walks and enjoying the countryside. Guests also have access to a private organic vegetable garden. The pool is open from May 15 to the end of October.



Within 10 km, you can visit Castelbuono, Petralia Soprana, Gangi, and the Madonie Natural Park. Guided nature tours in the park can be arranged; the area offers many traditional restaurants and wineries. In winter, snowshoe excursions are possible. Six parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are welcome. Any events must be agreed in advance with the owner and may incur additional costs. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. In Cefalù, motorboat rental is available for an extra fee. The property offers homemade products. Electricity is generated by solar energy. Recycling rules apply; more information is provided on site.
