The holiday flat in the attic of our house is classified for 2 persons with 4**** stars according to the criteria list DTV, but offers space for up to 5 persons.

Located in Weiler im Allgäu, the small and cosy holiday flat offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 55 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, a bedroom with double bed and mattress storage for up to three guests, and a bathroom with whirlpool that is also suitable for showering. In winter, the underfloor heating in combination with the towel dryer ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Towels are provided. A hairdryer is also available. This means that there is room for 5 people. The equipment also includes high-speed WLAN, heating, a washer-dryer and a TV. There is also a table tennis table on the property. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.

Mattress store - entrance platform: Above the bedroom is the mattress store, which can be reached via a wooden ladder and a wooden platform from the living area. A sliding door closes off the living area. Ventilation is via the sliding door and a skylight. The mattress dormitory offers 3 sleeping places (80 × 200 cm each) and is suitable for older children and adults. Especially children love to sleep there with a view through 2 windows to the dining area and garden as well as through the entrance to the living area. Bedroom: The bedroom includes a wardrobe and double bed. There is room for one more person on the pull-out couch in the living area. All bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Your private outdoor area includes the entrance platform. There is space for 2 people to enjoy an "outdoor" breakfast in the summer as the platform faces south-east. The accommodation also offers access to a shared garden, open terrace, barbecue and playground.
