The spacious 475 m² property is spread over 3 floors and features a living room, large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest WC, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV in every room, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor, while the living and dining areas are on the ground floor.
