Behind the house runs the narrow local lakeside road, the local bypass road is tunneled under and not noticeable. An Eldorado for nature lovers, bathers and water sports enthusiasts: via natural steps and a small path you can reach the beautiful pebble beach through the rustic garden with fruit, vegetables, lawn, a holiday rustico as well as a chicken coop. The surroundings invite not only the children to discover and observe. The garden has an old property wall facing the lake with a garden gate to the beach. Small boats, canoes and surfing equipment are deposited directly on the beach or inside the garden property. There are sun loungers with shelter on the beach. In the evening, the idyllic beach ambience invites you to barbecue.From your holiday resort Pianello, you can quickly reach the northern and southern neighbouring villages by car with good shopping facilities, nice restaurants and typical trattorias.

The holiday home has direct lake access through an old property wall. On the beach, local fishermen can sometimes be seen early in the morning and in the evening. The beach is shallowly sloping, stony and an ideal environment for sports and leisure games.

Life on the lake with an always inspiring lake view, whether when getting up in the morning, in the bathroom and of course all day in the living area. The holiday flat is furnished in Lombard country house style with friendly colours, partly antique, and has Lombard tiles.

The entrance to the house leads into the living hall, which connects all rooms: the large living and dining room with sofa bed for 1 person on the lake side with open fireplace and integrated kitchen.
On the lake side is the balcony with dining table set.

The double room on the lake side is spacious and inviting, the balcony has two sun loungers with a small table.
The modern and large bathroom on the lake side has a shower.

A holiday flat in a special location with charm.
The path through the garden to the beach is partly steep and unsecured. Only conditionally suitable for small children and people with limited mobility. For families with friends, the natural stone holiday home "Rustico di Pianello" can be rented below.
Holiday in Italy private - the landlords only speak Italian.

Your car is parked in a parking bay at the holiday home, others can park in the piazza.
