The narrow local lakeside road runs approx. 20 m above, the local bypass road is tunneled under and not perceptible.
The garden has an old property wall facing the lake with a garden gate to the beach. Small boats, canoes and surfboards are deposited on the beach or inside the garden property.
The holiday home "Rustico di Pianello" is cosily furnished in a rustic country house style with lots of wood. The Lombard tile floors blend harmoniously into the rural atmosphere. - A few natural stone steps lead you through the garden down to the natural stone terrace to the house entrance, which leads into the living area with a well-equipped, integrated kitchen.
The dining area and a TV corner with two armchairs invite you to relax.
Lots of light penetrates through the two large windows and the open roof beams create an airy ambience. A tiled staircase leads down to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms with lake views and a friendly bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC/bidet. One bedroom has a reading balcony facing the lake.
Ideal for water and leisure sports enthusiasts as well as beach lovers - There are partly unsecured paths and uneven natural stone steps on the property. For families with friends, the holiday flat "Riva di Pianello" can also be rented. Holiday in Italy private - the landlords speak only Italian.
Your car is parked above the property in the parking bay, others can park in the piazza.
