"La Vela" is cosy, well-kept and rustically furnished. Handmade, Lombardy chestnut wood furniture in fascinating quality harmonises with the cotto floors. Large windows facing the roof terrace let in plenty of light. The open roof beams emphasise the cosy character. Lime green tiles were used in the bathroom.
Via the separate entrance to the house, the granite interior staircase leads directly into the spacious living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, radio/CD and the open-plan kitchen/living room. The holiday flat is furnished with Lombardy chestnut carpentry with attention to detail and has high-quality tiled floors as well as parquet flooring. The kitchen is comfortably equipped.
From the living area you can access all areas: the roof terrace, the bright large bathroom with shower and the triple room with double bed and single bed.
With Casa La Vela you can experience Lake Como at a reasonable price with high-quality living and plenty of space. A place to unwind and relax. Ideal also for families, as the large garden is available for all kinds of games and play equipment, such as a swing, a sandbox and also a table tennis table. Those who value privacy are welcome here. The domicile landlord family is discreet, nice and helpful, the children are already grown up, a dear dog belongs to the property. They speak German as well as English. Due to the sunny location and good insulation, the holiday home is comfortable all year round.
