Borgo Erbiola is perched on a rocky outcrop surrounded by green fields, on the edge of vineyards and flowering rocky hills, with a fascinating view to the south over the Colico plain and Monte Legnone (2,610 m). Consisting of four natural stone holiday homes terraced on the slope at different heights, offering magnificent views from sunrise to sunset. All gardens, balconies, and terraces are individually located, allowing you to choose between sun and shade, rock gardens, meadows, or pool terraces. Deck chairs are available both by the pool and in your vacation home. You are just a few minutes' bike ride or walk from Lake Como and the lakeside town of Colico. The Valtellina and Valchiavenna valleys are right on your doorstep!
The pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-October (weather permitting). Other times on request. Numerous swimming opportunities with long, sandy beaches are approx. 1.2 km away, unspoiled beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary, or a surfing and kite school with bike rental approx. 1.4 km away.

Viola apartment: Due to its hillside location, this apartment has its own garden area and a furnished terrace, through which you can access the apartment. Bright living area with double sofa bed, dining area, and modern kitchen.
On the same level is the double bedroom with access to the panoramic balcony and the modern bathroom. In the attic is the twin bedroom with cozy, open roof beams (open to the living area via stairs).
Borgo Erbiola-Francone is a natural oasis for those seeking relaxation and a paradise for horse riding enthusiasts, hikers, canoeists, bikers, and cyclists. It is so close to Lake Como that you can cycle or walk to the beach and the lively town of Colico with its many attractions without any inclines.
A dirt road along a stream leads to the property. Vehicles can be parked in private parking spaces below.
A free charging station for electric vehicles is available.
