This vacation apartment is located near Santa Cruz and overlooks the sea. The 105 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available upon request.

The vacation home also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.

Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. Parties are not allowed. A private whirlpool on the roof terrace (open from 2 pm - 8 pm) is available for a fee (only by reservation, please contact the homeowner).
